Article 2 – Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website, whose characteristics and sales price are stated below.
The Buyer declares that they have been informed, in a clear and comprehensible manner, about the Seller’s contact details, the product features, price, payment and delivery terms, right of withdrawal, and official authorities for complaints and objections; that they have approved this information electronically; and that they have placed the order in accordance with these terms.

Article 4 – Date of Agreement and Force Majeure
The agreement date is 24.10.2025, the date when the Buyer placed the order. In the event of force majeure, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing immediately. During the period of force majeure, neither party shall be held liable for the non-performance of their obligations.
Article 5 – Rights and Obligations of the Seller
- The Seller agrees to fulfill its obligations completely in accordance with Law No. 6502 and related regulations, except in cases of force majeure.
- Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to make purchases from the website.
Article 6 – Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
- The Buyer agrees to fulfill their obligations completely, except in cases of force majeure.
- In case of a return, the product and its packaging must remain undamaged, and the invoice and delivery note must be included in the return shipment.
Article 7 – Order / Payment Procedure
After the Buyer confirms the total price of the products, including VAT, in the shopping cart, the payment transaction is carried out through the bank POS system. The order is deemed processed at the time the payment is confirmed.
Article 8 – Shipping / Delivery Procedure
The product(s) will be delivered to the Buyer’s address by the Seller’s contracted shipping company. The delivery period is 30 days from the date the order confirmation email is sent.
Article 9 – Return and Right of Withdrawal Procedure
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the Buyer.
Article 10 – Confidentiality
Personal and payment information provided by the Buyer will be used only for the fulfillment of the order and will not be shared with third parties.
Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
