Trust, Transparency, and Customer Satisfaction

GENERAL

  1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and all other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
  3. Shipping costs (delivery fees) shall be borne by the buyer.
  4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
  5. In case the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days from learning of the situation. The total payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
  6. If the buyer fails to make payment or cancels the payment record in the bank system, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
  7. If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the sales amount is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
  8. If unforeseen force majeure prevents the delivery, the situation shall be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.
  9. The buyer shall inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery. Products that are torn, stained, or otherwise damaged shall be considered defective. After acceptance, the buyer must protect the product. The invoice must be returned together with the product.
  10. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification or penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, provided that the seller is notified using the contact information below.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned must not have its label removed or hygiene seals broken, and it must be sent back in its original transparent protective bag and box/package as received. The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Please inspect the package in the presence of the delivery company representative if you believe it has been damaged during shipment.

*** PRODUCTS DAMAGED WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL DAMAGE REPORT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

Returned products must be sent together with the original invoice. Products that have lost their resalable condition or cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for return or refund.

The refund for approved returns will be processed and credited to you as soon as possible.
